There are 5 monitor area “polygons” available for your account. Monitor areas reference a specific geographic area of interest. Within each monitor area you can set up multiple alerts (see “Setting Up Alerts”).
Left click on a blank box / add monitor.
You will see a map centered over your location. You will now draw a polygon over your new monitoring area. First, zoom in, if needed, into your area of interest.
Left click to add a reference pointer. Then, click other pointers to outline your monitoring area. Your area will be outlined in red.
Once you have your area outlined, click on “Close Polygon” at the bottom of the page.
Enter a name for the monitor location.
Your new monitor location will now show up in one of the monitor/alert boxes on the top of the dashboard as well as on the dashboard map as a green polygon.
