How to set up monitor alert notifications
At the bottom of the left-side menu click on settings.
Click on “Add/Remove Contacts”
Click on “Manage Notification List”
You will then have the option to either add or remove a contact. To add a new contact, add their email address and click on the button “add new contact.” You will then see the new email address added in the contact boxes.
It might be a good idea to test your new contact. To do so, simple select the email address and click “Send Test Email” BWO Decision Support will then send a test email to the selected address.
