You will notice a section called “location” at the top of the menu. This is administratively set for your primary location. A number of features and tied to this location, including selected radar site and other features.
Subscribers may have multiple locations depending on their account.
You can refesh your dashboard by clicking on your location, in this example – Nashville. If you notice that content has not properly updated, or that a feature has hung up, or there is another problem, you can refresh your screen by clicking on your location.
